We all know Sarah is a sorceress but I'm really starting to wonder if she's got mind-control powers too. It's the only possible explanation.

I'm not into pinks, pales or any nudey bleh, my fingers are The Nails That Good Taste Forgot (well, Good Taste actually ran away screaming but that's a whole other story.) But we all have bad nail days, or sometimes have to pretend to be adults so I bought Amnesia Rose for those times - a soft, gentle pale pink with just that little bit of holo oomph.

And that is when my head exploded in sheer ""

No photograph can do this justice and I've never seen anything like it. It teeters just on the edge of grey for a really unusual, striking soft pink that I think would compliment any skin tone, even my very pale Dead Cod complexion. But it also has the properties of a good nudey bleh in that it gives the finger-lengthening illusion we want from the paler colours - I've broken my first fingernail on my dominant hand (waaaaaaah!!!!) but AR creates that perfect illusion so it looks like a choice rather than a catastrophe.

Its subtle nature makes it the perfect foil for nail art, too. Application is downright amazeballs, its absolutely seamless with none of the brush-stroke issues you'd expect from this type of polish - its not a metallic or frost but nudges at both, just without any of the negatives - so is a perfect base for stamping. And the colour is incredibly versatile; its a beauty when iced up with silvers and a stunner when paired with gold or bronze.

Tl:dr 's bloody gorgeous and I love it. So now I'm into another whole colour range to obsess over, rather than just writing off the "nudey blehs" Faaaaantastic. Sarah, stop rummaging around in my head and making me like things!
